After-sale service

1. Before delivery, the buyer will accept the equipment for proper operation and configuration.

2. After the delivery, the seller is responsible for providing on-site installation instructions to the buyer. For the first time, three people are responsible for the installation instructions. The food and accommodation and other arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. The technical service time is generally 35 days. If the equipment is in normal operation, the seller's technical personnel are required to continue to provide on-site service, and the fee is charged per person per day.

4. The quality of the products sold by the seller is one year after delivery (except for consumables), lifetime maintenance, and the parts replaced within the warranty are the property of the seller, but due to improper installation or use by the buyer or due to raw materials, processes and working environment The damage caused by the parts is not covered by the warranty. The buyer's responsibility for replacing the repaired parts is the buyer's responsibility; if the buyer makes the repairs himself, the seller shall be notified and the seller shall give instructions by telephone or fax. The service fee after the warranty period is borne by the buyer.
