PVC cable material granulator process:
1.After the PVC material is put into the high-speed mixer, the powder material is put into the upper parallel twin-screw extruder through the screw feeder.
2.The upper parallel parallel twin-screw extruder mixes the materials evenly, and plasticizing and kneading, well dispersed are completed at a temperature of 140-160 ° C. The post-extruded mixture became a melt (temperature between 130-140 ° C) and fell directly into the large-caliber lower-stage single-screw extruder.
3.Low-stage single-screw extruder makes 120°C melt complete extrusion granulation at low speed, high pressure and cooling environment. The temperature has fallen to 120-140 degrees when extrusion. At this time, the air cooling hot cutting can be completed, and it is ensured that the particles are not clad in the process of cutting.
4.Granules cutting by air cooling hot cutting system, cooling down by the two stage cyclone separator, the granules temperature drops to 35-40 degrees centigrade, then the air cooling lengthened vibrating screen reduces the granules temperature to room temperature so as to send it into the finished product silo for packaging.
