ABS is the three component copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. A represents acrylonitrile, B represents butadiene, and S represents styrene. ABS has excellent mechanical properties and excellent impact strength. It can be used at very low temperature. ABS has excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability and oil resistance. It can be used for bearings under moderate load and speed. ABS has good electrical insulation and almost no influence on temperature, humidity and frequency. It can be used in most environments.
ABS PLA PA HIPS PC filament extrusion line consists of single screw extruder, water tank, tractor machine, rolling up machine. its control system consists of intelligent temperature control table, imported electrical components and inventor. The filament is extrusion from single screw extruder pass by die head, pass hot water tank and cold water tank to cool and form the filament. Tractor pull the filament as per different speed to get different diameter filament. The filament diameter will be showed on the laser, then reflect to PLC. The final filament will be winding up into spools. Main feature of this line: stable extrusion, good plasticizing effect, high degree of control precision, convenient operation etc.

------Packing type: Wooden base plate, damp proof plastic lining, fully-closed plate-box external
------Delivery time: 45 days after receive the payment of deposit
------Payment: Deposit 40% by T/T in advance, delivery against payment of 60% balance after qualified acceptance
------Leave factory testing: before leaving factory, equipment should be tested by both parties. Test material offered by buyer
------Installation: we will send 1-2 technicians for machine’s installation and debugging according to customer’s requirement; the technician’s board and lodging and the round-trip airplane ticket expense undertakes by the buyer,additional service charge USD50.For each technician/one day, estimate 5-7 working days
------Guarantee period: Guarantee period is 12 months after getting the machine
------The supplier shall provide the service:(after pay the machine)
