High torque Gearbox Description:
Adopting latest standard ISO1328,the precision of cyclindrical gear of spherical involute,and combining our long term experience and specialty of twin-screw extruders,GS-mach gearbox are meticulously designed with top advanced designing ideas in the world for co-orientated rotating twin screw extruders,with entirely independent intellectual property rights.
The gears are made of carburizing steel of high-strength alloy of good quality by carburizing and quenching for teeth,of which all the gear grinding processess are finished by imported gear grinding machines.Gear parameters are optimized and specially designed for the characteristics of twin-screw extruders,reducing stress concentration on root of gear and improving gear surface conditions.We have improved gear intension of flexural fatigue,fatigue strength and ratio of wide diameter.We have also adopted the latest designing idea and technology of heating treatment for the structure of gears,thereby ensured gears for uniformity of percision and strength.

Twin Screw Extruder Gearbox Features:
1)Gear and shaft made of fine quality material
2)Parallel & tri-axial structure.
Technical parameters:
1) New structure gearbox, high torque, high speed;
2) Gear is 6 grade which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. The materials are 20CrNi2MoA or 20CrMnMo, HRC 60/62.
3) The output shaft connect with the Screw shaft in splined sleeve.
4) The imported bearings SKF bearings are used. Integrated thrust bearing.
5) The bearing and geared are forced to adopt the immersion oil-lubrication system.
