Internal and external surface of rod/wire should be smooth and single color, should be uniform wall thickness, no manufacturing defect and air bubble, shrinkage, crack, non-uniformity etc.
The plastic filament is a monofilament formed by extrusion. It is usually maked by raw material like ABS, PLA, HIPS, PA nylon and so on. Our 3D printer filament are factory-direct, so lower cost, better quality and more competetive price. The tolerance is +/- 0.03mm and diameter both 1.75mm and 3.00mm or custom diameter.
